We use Printful, a print on demand service, to fulfill Like A Girl Gear orders. Following is some important information about making a change to an order,  shipping and returns.

Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL with the exception of misprinted, damaged or defective items. 

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO AN ORDER?

You can change an order that has already been submitted unless it has the status of Being Fulfilled. Click the Change order button from your order view and edit the products and shipping options from there. Note that changing a product within an order (e.g. altering a product's variant, size, design file, or mockup) that has the Waiting for Fulfillment status, or setting its status to On Hold, will reset the order deadline. This may result in longer fulfillment time. However, changing a shipping address or rate will not reset the order deadline.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?

The estimated delivery time (EDT) is Printful’s prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time. Fulfillment time average is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. When Printful calculates the estimated fulfillment time, they take into account the current order volume and their capacity. The estimated shipping time is calculated according to their historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region. The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

  • Issues with print/embroidery files
  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

That being said, Printful works their hardest to meet their delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. If you still have not received your order, please email support@printful.com with your order number and they will check your order status and let you know how to proceed.

WHAT DO I DO IF PRODUCTS ARE MISPRINTED, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods as well as your order number to support@printful.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. To request a replacement, please email support@printful.com, making sure to include your order number.

WHAT IF MY ORDER SHIPS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). If you haven't added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

NOTIFICATION FOR EU CUSTOMERS

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
